During my visit, I was taken on a memorable tour to the breathtaking waterfalls by Thang, who went above and beyond in assisting me. the exceptional English communication greatly enhanced my experience. the facilities were top-notch and met all my needs. Despite a brief power failure, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.
